A good all-round aid for cooking!

Only cooked a couple of meals from it so far but all really good and easy to follow/make. The one-pot coconut chicken was meant to be a meal prep for me but family started tucking into (and clearly liked it)

Protein plates

Love the book , not only for its recipes , but it showing you about protein carbs and fats and what you should be consuming in regards to cutting , maintenance or bulking it is very informative, can’t wait to put some of the recipes to the test too they look delicious 🤤

Not the best

Whilst the food is mostly good, the values for the ingredients and the instructions are sub par.  They are either wrong, not precise or not clear in the instructions. The macro calculator is incorrect as well at the front of the book

Decent book

Some of the recipes in the book are unreal however I must say some aren’t the best. The pancake recipes don’t taste very good and they definitely have that protein taste which isn’t enjoyable. Overall it’s a good book but you might have to tweak the recipes to your own taste

Easy, Inventive & Delicious

This is the new favourite of all my nutritional focuses cook books. On first look I was impressed with how easy and straightforward everything looked as well as delicious. As you flick though for meal inspiration, macros stand out, so apparent what will fit into my current diet phase and what I can bookmark for another phase. The imagery has me craving whatever is on the page and the recipes are easy to follow. So many good recipe ideas, cant wait to try them all. Very impressed!

Useful book

Has some good recipes but some of them are just from the website recipes page which kind of makes it feel a bit redundant. Also doesn’t tell you what you can and can’t freeze. Would prefer more recipes for one person
