Do you always recommend this being followed by a glass of water?

It is not a requirement for this product to be preceded with a glass of water. Please do so if you feel the need following your dry scoop, however, the product has been designed to be consumed without water.

Is there an ideal time between the 2 scoops to make sure its dissolved?

We would recommend taking the first scoop, waiting for this to dissolve fully on the tongue, before taking the second scoop. Make sure you are measuring your scoop accurately in line with our consumption guidelines before doing so.
