Myprotein's unique home bake protein muffins are an excellent food supplement for anyone that enjoys baking and wants an added protein intake throughout the day in the form of a snack. These Protein Muffins use a blend of protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate and egg protein which provide a comprehensive amino acid profile. All you need to do is add milk and bake in the oven and you have a delicious snack that can be consumed at any time of the day.

To make your own protein packed muffins preheat oven to gas mark 5/190C and line a muffin tin with paper muffin cases. Mix 3 1/3 large scoops (100g) with 100ml of milk and add 2 tablespoons of Myprotein's Coconupure Oil (Coconut oil). Separate into 4 portions and cook the muffins for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Full directions and recipe ideas can be found on the Myprotein website.
